Who is VizaSource for?+
VizaSource serves the two sides of a procurement project. The Client Portal is for hotel owners, purchasers, designers, and other client-side project participants. The Vendor Portal is for manufacturers, dealers, installers, and other product or service providers.
Is the marketplace really free?+
Yes. Core marketplace accounts and basic participation features are free. Optional Designer Studio and Vendor Growth subscriptions add premium AI and productivity tools. A participating procurement company may charge separate fees for its own services.
Does VizaSource replace the procurement company?+
No. VizaSource is the shared technology platform. A procurement or sourcing company may still manage purchasing, vendor coordination, logistics, payment workflows, and other project services.
What happens to email?+
Important notifications can still arrive by email, but the project details, documents, responses, and history remain in VizaSource instead of being trapped inside individual inboxes.
Can designers use VizaSource directly?+
Yes. Designers may participate as part of a hotel or owner team, or they may be the primary client-side lead for a project. Premium Designer Studio tools are designed around their workflow.
When will other languages be available?+
The English version launches first. The language selector already reserves support for eleven additional languages, which will be enabled after the English copy is finalized.
Where do I sign in?+
Use the Sign in menu in the site header and choose Client Portal or Vendor Portal. Accounts are currently invitation only, so new organizations should contact VizaSource before signing in.
