The terms governing access to and use of VizaSource services.
VizaSource provides a technology platform that supports marketplace participation, project collaboration, document sharing, procurement requests, approvals, quotations, purchase-order responses, and related workflows. Unless expressly stated otherwise, VizaSource is not the procurement company, buyer, seller, manufacturer, carrier, installer, payment processor, or professional adviser in a transaction.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only on behalf of organizations you are authorized to represent. Organizations are responsible for activity performed through their accounts and for maintaining appropriate user access.
Clients, designers, vendors, and participating procurement companies remain responsible for their own agreements, representations, fees, purchasing decisions, products, services, and performance. Procurement, sourcing, payment, freight, project, or other fees charged by participating companies are separate from VizaSource subscription fees.
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy and currency of product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, lead times, certifications, warranties, and other information they provide. Marketplace visibility does not constitute endorsement by VizaSource.
Clients and authorized project participants are responsible for reviewing and approving specifications, budgets, quotations, documents, and purchase decisions. VizaSource records workflow activity but does not make professional design, engineering, legal, accounting, or purchasing decisions for users.
AI-generated or AI-extracted content may contain errors or omissions. Users must review AI output before relying on it, sharing it, approving it, or using it for purchasing, construction, compliance, or contractual purposes.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant VizaSource the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transform, and share that content according to your instructions and the permissions of the relevant project. You must have the rights needed to upload and share all submitted content.
Paid plans, included usage, overages, renewal terms, and cancellation rules are shown at purchase. We may update plan features or pricing prospectively with reasonable notice. Fees already accrued remain payable.
You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, access data without authorization, upload unlawful or malicious material, violate intellectual-property rights, misrepresent identity or authority, or use the service to commit fraud or unlawful discrimination.
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party services, integrations, AI providers, payment providers, and infrastructure may be governed by additional terms and may change independently.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VizaSource and its services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. VizaSource is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, statements, delays, or disputes of marketplace participants. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VizaSource will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, nonpayment, or misuse. Users may discontinue use subject to applicable subscription and data-retention terms.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated as required. Questions may be submitted through the Help or Contact pages.
